About MS Care
A different kind of dementia care, designed for Singapore families.
MS Care exists for one reason: too many seniors and people living with dementia in Singapore spend their days under-stimulated, isolated, or simply watching television. We believe better days are possible — delivered in a warm, non-clinical space at Enabling Village, nested within MS Academy.
What we stand for
Three things shape every session.
Active, not passive.
Every hour at MS Care has a purpose. There is no “sit and watch” — only structured, therapist-designed engagement built around what each participant can still do, and what brings them joy.
Evidence-led.
Our integrated approach draws on humanistic and person-centred care, resource-oriented (strengths-based) practice, and music therapy — methods grounded in research for supporting cognition, mood, and quality of life in dementia and beyond.
Familiar & consistent.
Small group sizes (typically 4–6), the same therapists week after week, and content shaped by old Singapore — old Hokkien tunes, local foods, hawker memories, Pioneer-generation milestones. Familiarity is therapy.
How we're different
Built for engagement, not just supervision.
Multilingual by design.
Our team runs sessions in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, and Malay. We adapt music, reminiscence prompts, and conversation to whatever language your loved one feels most at home in.
A real one-to-one orientation.
Before joining a group, every participant has a structured one-to-one session with us. We learn what they love, what calms them, what their family wants us to know. The first group session is never a cold start.
Open communication with families.
You hear from us regularly — not just at the end of a term. We share what we observed, what worked, what didn't, and what your loved one seemed to enjoy most. No surprises, no jargon.
Designed for caregivers too.
While your loved one is with us, you get something equally important: time. Time to rest, time to work, time to be a spouse or a child instead of a full-time carer.
